NATIVE ANDROID / EXISTING BUSINESS APPS
Your app still matters.
Give its upkeep an owner.
Focused help for Kotlin and Java apps: understand a blocker, plan a handover, or keep maintenance moving. Start small, with clear scope and no automatic subscription.
15–20 minutes. No repository access needed for the first conversation.
A focused starting pointOne problem, a diagnostic, or a broader assessment.
Bounded workDefined hours and written scope before paid work.
Your ownershipYour code, your accounts, your documentation.
WHO THIS IS FOR
An existing app.
A maintenance gap.
Your Android app is already used by your customers or team. Its backend has an owner, but release upkeep, a recurring bug, or a developer handover needs attention.
The starting scope is native Kotlin/Java apps with manageable maintenance needs. New apps, major rescues, cross-platform rewrites and round-the-clock operations need a different arrangement.

SERVICES & PRICING
Choose the right first step.
Use the free fit call to decide which path makes sense. Paid work starts only after scope, access and timing are agreed.
ONE FOCUSED QUESTIONFocused diagnostic
$500 one time · up to 3 total service hours
Investigate one agreed issue, such as a build blocker, release problem or recurring crash.
- A short written findings summary
- What was checked and what is still unknown
- A recommended next step
The $500 fee can be credited toward the $1,000 assessment. Credit window: to be agreed in writing before booking.
A diagnostic does not guarantee a fix or replace a full takeover assessment.
A BROADER HANDOVERTakeover assessment
$1,000 one time · up to 6 total service hours
Review the app’s build and release readiness, ownership, access and relevant maintenance risks.
- A written assessment with explicit unknowns
- A prioritized maintenance plan
- A recommendation on ongoing care
Start here directly, or apply an eligible diagnostic credit. Repairs and stabilization are separately scoped.
You can buy an assessment without committing to monthly care.
OPTIONAL, AFTER ASSESSMENTFounding monthly care
$600/monthfirst 90 days, then $750/month
For one accepted app, with 3 total service hours each month for agreed maintenance.
- Scheduled reviews of available stability evidence
- Small fixes and routine upkeep within the allowance
- A short monthly work report
The ongoing $750/month rate is disclosed before signup. Monthly care starts only by separate agreement.
All investigation, changes, testing, communication and reporting share the allowance.
All prices are in USD. Additional work requires an agreed scope and price. No checkout or payment is collected on this page.
SEPARATELY SCOPED PROJECTS
Features & improvements
Need a new screen, an integration, or a better workflow in your existing Android app? Share the idea and I’ll help define the work.
Quoted per project
Scope, timeline and price are agreed before development starts. Larger features sit outside monthly care. Small improvements may use remaining care hours when agreed in advance.
Get a project quoteNo monthly plan required. A quote inquiry does not commit you to paid work.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
A clear next step.
No open-ended commitment.
- Talk through the app.
A free 15–20 minute fit call covers the business need, stack, ownership and timing. It is not a free code review.
- Agree a bounded scope.
Choose a focused diagnostic, a broader assessment, or a separately quoted feature project. Confirm access, deliverables, schedule and payment terms before work starts.
- Choose what comes next.
For a diagnostic or assessment, decide from the findings. For a feature project, agree how the completed work will be tested and accepted. Monthly care is optional.
CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
Practical maintenance.
Honest boundaries.
What is included in the hour limits?
All service activity: access preparation, investigation, testing, changes when included, communication and reporting. If a blocker or a larger issue uses the allowance, the findings and remaining unknowns are documented before any extra work is agreed.
Does monthly care cover emergencies?
No. This is scheduled, business-hours work, not 24/7 monitoring or on-call support. Availability and response expectations are confirmed in the written scope. There is no uptime, resolution-time or app-store-approval guarantee.
Can you build features as well as maintain the app?
Yes. Features and improvements for existing native Android apps are scoped and quoted per project, with an agreed timeline and acceptance criteria. Small improvements may use remaining care hours when agreed in advance. Larger features, stabilization and major upgrades require a separate proposal. A monthly plan is not required.
Who controls the code and accounts?
You retain your repositories, publishing accounts and documentation. App-specific, least-privilege access is preferred. Production changes require agreed authorization.
Is the first call free?
Yes. The initial 15–20 minute fit call is free. A diagnostic or assessment is optional and separately agreed. Sending an inquiry does not book a meeting or start paid work.
